What is the Pastel Trail?
The pastel of the dyers where the woad is a biennial plant of the Brassicaceae family, very cultivated in the past in the region of Lauragais for the production of a blue dye, the pastel.
What is Ekiden?
The latest addition to club events since 2019.
CAB meetings
A meeting is a competition comprising several disciplines of athletics, including all categories.
What is the 10km of Balma?
The 10km of Balma organized by the CAB was a race with the FFA National label which, for 18 seasons, welcomed many elite runners from different countries. This adventure lasted from 2001 to 2018.
What is the Meeting Balmarche?
The Balmarche meeting is an international race walking meeting with a host of international athletes, organized by the CAB between 2011 and 2019.

Trail du Pastel - 10th edition
On December 4 & 5, the CA Balma club organized the 10th anniversary of the Trail du Pastel and this edition was a success thanks to our 140 volunteers implemented on all routes.
This year you were at the rendezvous, always so numerous to participate with more than 1300 runners !!!
On this occasion, many surprises and novelties were on the agenda:
A special 10th anniversary contest, duo races day and night, quality partners and exceptional prizes for our winners.

Meeting Balmarche 2019 & Critérium National 50km de marche
In 2019 the traditionalBalmarchwas the support ofNational Walking Criterion, referenced IAAF test. The test of 50km walk has been qualifier for the Team Walking World Cup (Belarus) and for Tokyo Olympics. A sign of confidence and recognition from the French Athletics Federation.
